Brandon Phillips Alaska Sportfishing
Guide boats along the Kenai riverbank

Your guide

Two decades of river time.

Fishing the Kenai isn't a side hustle here โ€” it's a life's work.

The story

Brandon Phillips started guiding on the Kenai before it was cool โ€” back when you learned the river by spending every day on it.

Born and raised on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, Brandon grew up running boats and reading water with family who'd guided for generations. What began as summer work turned into a calling. Twenty-plus seasons later, he's logged thousands of trips and put first-time anglers and seasoned sportsmen alike onto the fish of their lives.

His approach is simple: keep groups small, keep the gear dialed, and put in the work to be on fish when the conditions change. No scripted spiel, no rushing you off the water โ€” just an honest day's fishing with someone who genuinely loves doing it.
